アルゴンキン語

アルゴンキン語（アルゴンキンご、Algonquin language）はアルゴンキン諸語に属す言語、またはオジブウェー語の方言である。カナダケベック州とオンタリオ州のファースト・ネーションによって話される。その分布域はフランス語と英語に隣接している。2006年には、アルゴンキン語の話者は2,680人[3]であり、モノリンガルは10%以下である。多くのアメリカ先住民諸語と同様、動詞をベースとしており、ほとんどの意味は、前置詞や時制などに個別の語を用いることなく、動詞に組み込まれる。
