インゴット

インゴット（ingot）

地金。鉄などの金属を精製して一塊としたもの。鋳塊（ちゅうかい）と訳される。金、銀では、のべ棒ともいう。
バルテックのパチスロ機。
半導体向けウエハーの原料となるシリコンやSiCの結晶のかたまり。
引き上げた後ワイヤやレーザーでスライスする。
