ウェンディ・ワッサースタイン
ウェンディ・ワッサースタイン（Wendy Wasserstein, 1950年10月18日 - 2006年1月30日）はアメリカ合衆国の劇作家。
ブルックリンに富福な織物業の経営者であったモリス・ワッサースタイン（Morris Wasserstein）と、ローラ・シュリーファー（Lola Schliefer）の四番目の子として生まれる。両親ともにユダヤ人。兄はブルース・ワッサースタインである。 母方の祖父のシムオン・シュリーフェル（Simon Schliefer）はポーランドの劇作家で、ニュージャージー州パターソンに移住しヘブライ学校の学長となった。
