オーストステリングウェルフ（オランダ語: Ooststellingwerf [ˈoːststɛlɪŋˌʋɛr(ə)f] ( 音声ファイル)）は、オランダ北部のフリースラント州にある基礎自治体（ヘメーンテ）。西フリジア語ではなく、オランダ低ザクセン語のステリングワルフ方言が話される。
