カレドニア(Caledonia)はリキュールベースのカクテル[1][2][3][4]。

クレーム・ド・カカオ（褐色のもの）、ブランデー、牛乳かクリーム、卵黄、氷をシェイクし、シナモン・パウダーを振りかける[2][1][3][4]。ビターズを加えるレシピも見られる[1]。ロックグラスを用いる[4][2]。
