クエルシトール(Quercitol)または5-デオキシイノシトール(5-Deoxyinositol)は、シクリトールの一種である。オーク樽でエイジングしたワインの中に見られる[2]。また、オーク[3]やホウライアオカズラでも見られる。クェルセチンのシノニムであるクエルセトールとは異なる。
