『シャドウズ・アンド・ライト』 (Shadows and Light) は、ジョニ・ミッチェルが1980年に発表したライブ・アルバム。1979年9月にカリフォルニア州のサンタ・バーバラ・ボウルで収録された音源が使用されている。後にライブ映像作品としても発売されている。ツアーには『ミンガス』に参加しているジャコ・パストリアスとドン・アライアスを中心にマイケル・ブレッカー、パット・メセニー、ライル・メイズらが加わり、ジャズ・フュージョン色が強くなり、それまでとは違ったサウンドのコンサートとなっている。

レコーディング・エンジニアはアンディ・ジョンズとヘンリー・レヴィーが担当した[1]。
