ジェイコブ・フレンケル（Jacob Aharon Frenkel、1943年 - ）は、イスラエルの経済学者、事業家である。現在、JPMorgan Chase Internationalの会長である。

  • エルサレム・ヘブライ大学を卒業（B.A.）する。
  • シカゴ大学で学びM.A.とPh.D.を取る。
  • 1973年 - 1987年　シカゴ大学経済学部で教える（のちThe David Rockefeller Professor of International Economicsという教授となる）。
  • 1987年 - 1991年　IMFの経済顧問兼調査局長となる。
  • 1991年 - 2000年　イスラエル（中央）銀行総裁を2期務める。
  • 1995年 - 1996年　米州開発銀行総裁会議の副議長となる。
  • 1999年 - 2000年　欧州復興開発銀行総裁会議の副議長となる。
  • 2000年 - 2004年　メリルリンチ・インターナショナルの会長およびメリルリンチのソブリン・アドバイザー・アンド・グローバル・ファイナンシャル・インスティテューションズ・グループの会長となる。
