スコティッシュグランドナショナル(Scottish Grand National)は毎年4月にイギリスのエア競馬場で行われる競馬の競走である。本競走はハンデキャップで行われ、距離は4マイルと110ヤード（約6538メートル）、障害数は27、格付けはG3（グレード3）、賞金総額は20万ポンドである。

スコットランドにおけるグランドナショナルであり、1867年より140年にわたって続いている伝統競走である。同様にウェールズでもウェルシュナショナルという競走が存在する。1966年まではバグサイド競馬場で行われていたが、同競馬場の閉鎖によりエア競馬場に移された。グランドナショナルに出走した馬が次走として選択する事も多く、1974年にはレッドラムがグランドナショナルから連勝した。
