ツォイバン

ツォイバン（モンゴル語：цуйван、ᠴᠤᠶᠢᠪᠢᠩ、tsuivan）とは、モンゴル料理の一つで、肉と野菜を油脂で炒め、麺とともに蒸す料理である。
