ナイルの戦い（ナイルのたたかい）はナイル川付近で行われた戦い。史上、以下の2つが著名。
- ナイルの戦い (紀元前47年) - ユリウス・カエサル率いるローマ軍とプトレマイオス朝エジプトの間で行われた戦い
- ナイルの海戦 - 1798年、ホレーショ・ネルソン率いるイギリス艦隊とフランス艦隊の間で行われた海戦
