ハスノハギリ科

ハスノハギリ科 (ハスノハギリか、Hernandiaceae) は双子葉植物の科のひとつで、2-5属の数10種からなる。位置づけは体系によって異なるが、原始的被子植物とする見解が有力である。亜熱帯から熱帯の汎熱帯に分布し、日本にはハスノハギリとテングノハナが自生する。

分類

2亜科におよそ5属60種が属する[1][2]。

Hernandioideae Miquel - 主にマレーシアからアフリカ。ハスノハギリは広域に分布する[1]。
- Hazomalania ハゾマラニア属 - マダガスカルに自生するHazomalania voyronii (Jum.) Capuron 1種のみ。
- Hernandia L. ハスノハギリ属 - ハスノハギリ H. nymphaeifolia 等およそ22種
- Illigera Blume テングノハナ属 - テングノハナ I. luzonensis 等22種
Gyrocarpoideae J. H. Balfour - 主にアフリカから新熱帯。Gyrocarpus americanus は広域に分布する[1]。
- Gyrocarpus Jacq. ギロカルプス属 - 5種
- Sparattanthelium Mart. スパラッタンテリウム属 - 12-13種

ハスノハギリ科自体はクスノキ科、モニミア科と近縁だと考えられている[1]。

クロンキスト体系ではクスノキ目に入れ、原始的な被子植物と見なす。新エングラー体系ではモクレン目に入れる。
