ヒアルロノグルクロニダーゼ(Hyaluronoglucuronidase、EC 3.2.1.36)は、ヒアルロン酸のβ-グルクロン酸とN-アセチルグルコサミンの残基の間の(1->3)-結合をランダムに加水分解する酵素である。
