ホスファチジルコリン-12-モノオキシゲナーゼ（phosphatidylcholine 12-monooxygenase）は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

この酵素の基質は1-アシル-2-オレオイル-sn-グリセロ-3-ホスホコリン、NADH、H+とO2で、生成物は1-アシル-2-[(S)-12-ヒドロキシオレオリル]-sn-グリセロ-3-ホスホコリン、NAD+とH2Oである。
組織名は1-acyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine,NADH:oxygen oxidoreductase (12-hydroxylating)で、別名にricinoleic acid synthase、oleate Delta12-hydroxylase、oleate Delta12-monooxygenaseがある。
