ホロスポラ科（Holosporaceae）は、真正細菌プロテオバクテリア門アルファプロテオバクテリア綱ホロスポラ目の科の一つである。

タイプ種のホロスポラ属（Holospora）はゾウリムシ（Paramecium）の細胞内寄生生物として知られている。
