生い立ち
出生名エミリー・ニコルソン（Emily Nicholson）として[2]、1990年5月3日にノースカロライナ州マウント・エアリーでアイルランド系・ドイツ系の家庭に生まれる[1]。ポルノ映画界入りする以前には、中古車ディーラーCarMaxで営業担当として働いていた[2]。
経歴
2011年8月、21歳の時に『My Little Panties 3』でポルノ女優としてデビュー[3]。2013年『オズの魔法使』（The Wizard of Oz）のポルノ版パロディー『Not the Wizard of Oz XXX』でドロシー・ゲイルを演じ、AVNアワードのBest Actressにノミネートされ、Best Solo Sex Sceneを受賞した[4]。
2014年、『Maddy O'Reilly is Slutwoman』で共同監督兼女優としてのデビューを果し[5]、『Maddy O'Reilly's Submission』で初めて単独で監督を務め[6]、XBIZ賞のBDSM Release of the Yearを受賞した[7]。
