ミス・ワールド1954（第4回ミス・ワールド決勝）は、1954年10月18日、ロンドンのLyceum Ballroom（現・リセウム・シアター）で開催された。17人の参加者[1]の中から、エジプトのアンティゴネー・コスタンダが優勝し[2]、ミス・ワールド1953のデニス・ペリエよりタイトルを継承した。
