ヤツガシラ亜目
ヤツガシラ亜目（やつがしらあもく、学名 Upupes, Upupae）は、鳥類サイチョウ目の亜目である。

系統と分類
サイチョウ亜目 Bucerotes と姉妹群で[2]、共にサイチョウ目を構成する。
伝統的にはブッポウソウ目ヤツガシラ亜目とされてきたが[3]、キツツキ目の外側に位置したため、姉妹群のサイチョウ亜目と共にサイチョウ目として分離された。
Sibley分類では、サイチョウ亜目・ヤツガシラ亜目をそれぞれサイチョウ目・ヤツガシラ目 Upupiformesとしていた。
