リル・モジー（英: Lil Mosey、本名: Lathan Moses Echols、2002年1月25日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国ワシントン州シアトル出身のラッパー、シンガーソングライター。インタースコープ・レコードより、2018年にデビュー・アルバム『Northsbest』を、続けて2019年にセカンド・アルバム『Certified Hitmaker』をリリース。『Certified Hitmaker』はBillboard 200で12位を記録。中でも「Stuck In A Dream」はBillboard Hot 100でトップ60にランクインした。[4]2020年2月にリリースされた楽曲「Blueberry Faygo」は、アプリTikTokにて突発的な人気を集め、全米チャート8位を獲得。[5][6]なお、モジーは2019年6月に、 XXLマガジンのFreshman Classリストにも選出された[7]。

キャリア

2016年に初めてSoundCloud上に自身の楽曲「So Bad」を配信。その後、「Pull Up」をファースト・シングルとして発売した[8]。サード・シングル「Noticed」は、コール・ベネットが監督を務めたミュージック・ビデオと共にリリース。二週間で、ミュージック・ビデオは約1000万もの再生数を取得した[9][10]。

2018年10月19日に、シングル3曲を含む計11曲のデビュー・アルバム『Northsbest』をリリース[11]。2019年11月8日に、セカンド・アルバム『Certified Hitmaker』をリリースしたが、シングル「Blueberry Faygo」と共に2020年2月7日に再リリースした[12]。楽曲「Blueberry Faygo」は、リリース前にインターネット上にリークされた後、若者を中心に人気のアプリTikTokで流行。Billboard Hot 100や全英シングルチャート等、世界的にチャートインをした[5][13]。
