リンゴ酸デヒドロゲナーゼ (キノン)(malate dehydrogenase (quinone))は、ピルビン酸代謝酵素の一つで、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

この酵素の基質は(S)-リンゴ酸とキノンで、生成物はオキサロ酢酸と還元型キノンである。
この酵素は酸化還元酵素に属し、キノンまたはその類似化合物を受容体として供与体であるCH-OH基に特異的に作用する。組織名は(S)-malate:quinone oxidoreductaseで、別名にFAD-dependent malate-vitamin K reductase、malate-vitamin K reductase、(S)-malate:(acceptor) oxidoreductase、L-malate-quinone oxidoreductase、malate:quinone oxidoreductase、malate quinone oxidoreductase、MQO、malate:quinone reductase、malate dehydrogenase (acceptor)、FAD-dependent malate dehydrogenaseがある。
