ロイヤル・ブラッド（英: Royal Blood）は、2013年に結成された、イングランド南東部ブライトン出身のロック・デュオ。

経歴
2012年にイギリスのブライトンでマイク・カーとオーストラリア出身のドラマーであるマット・スワンの2人で結成したが、2013年にドラマーがマイクの友人であるベン・サッチャーに交代。同年のグラストンベリー・フェスティバルでアークティック・モンキーズのドラマーであるマット・ヘルダースがロイヤル・ブラッドのTシャツを着ていたため、知名度が急上昇した[1]。2013年11月22日にデビューシングル「Out of the Black」をリリースすると、全英ロックチャート1位を獲得[2]。この曲は、映画『ピエロがお前を嘲笑う』の主題歌や、ビデオゲーム『Forza Horizon 2』のサウンドトラックにも使用された。
2014年8月25日にアルバム『ロイヤル・ブラッド』を発売。全英アルバムチャート1位を記録し[3]、10月には2015年にヨーロッパツアーを行うことを発表。
2015年に行われた「ブリット・アワード2015」ではコールドプレイらを抑え「最優秀ブリティッシュ・グループ賞」を受賞したほか、「最優秀ブリティッシュ・ブレイクスルー・アクト賞」、「最優秀ブリティッシュ・アルバム賞 」にノミネートされた[4]。6月にはイギー・ポップと共に、フー・ファイターズのツアーのサポートアクトを務めた[5]。
