ロベルト・ニッポルト

ミュンスターの工科大学でグラフィックデザインおよびイラストレーションを学ぶ。著作「Gangster. Die Bosse von Chicago」は彼の卒業制作である。その2年後の2007年、第2の著作「Jazz. New York in the Roaring Twenties」[2][3]が発行された。本書は数カ国語に翻訳され、多数の賞を受賞した。2010年、1920年代および30年代に関する彼の第3の著作「Hollywood in the 1930s」、[4][5][6]が発行される。2017年、4作目となる著書「Es wird Nacht im Berlin der Wilden Zwanziger」がTaschenによって出版された。ロベルトの著作には[7]および限定版のシルクスクリーン印刷が付属する。[8]ロベルトは著作の企画を行うほか、The New Yorker、[9] Le Monde、Die ZEIT、Mercedes-Benz、Reader’s Digest、[10] Taschen[11] と TIME Magazineなどの国際的な雑誌およびクライアントにイラストを提供している。 また、彼自身のレーベルであるStudio Nippoldtにおいて姉のアストリッド・ニッポリト (Astrid Nippoldt) および妻のクリスティーヌ・ニッポリト (Christine Nippoldt) が取り次ぎ業務を担っている。[12][13]

「Ein Rätselhafter Schimmer」は、ベルリンの本に付随するショーである。ライブドローイングとライブミュージックのステージプログラムは、2015-2018年にロベルト・ニッポルトと「Trio Größenwahn」によって開発された。このショーは、ボンのPantheon Theater、Berlin Heimathafen、Schloss Elmau、Kurhaus Göggingen、AIDAのクルーズ船などで50回以上開催されている

ロベルト・ニッポリトの作品は現在、ドイツ、スイス、およびスペインに展示されている。ロベルトはミュンスターの古い貨物置き場にスタジオを構えている。
