前方切除術
前方切除術（ぜんぽうせつじょじゅつ、英 anterior resection ）とは、直腸癌の手術方法のこと。 以下が存在する。
- 低位前方切除術：Lower anterior resection：LAR
- 腹膜反転部より下の直腸（Ra・Rb）の切除と肛門管を吻合する手術
- 高位前方切除術：High anterior resection：HAR
- 腹膜反転部より上の直腸（Rs）の切除と肛門管を吻合する手術
