泡菜

泡菜（ほうさい）とは中国語で「野菜の漬物」（泡＝漬ける、菜＝野菜）を指す言葉である。文脈により以下のどちらかを指すことが多い[1]。

  • 四川泡菜
  • キムチ（上記と特に区別する必要がある場合は朝鮮泡菜[2]、韓式泡菜[3]、または韓国泡菜[4]と呼ばれる）
