泰始 (程道養)

泰始（たいし）は、南北朝時代、益州の程道養・趙広が建てた私年号。432年- 437年。

蜀土僑旧翕然並反，奉道人程道養，言是飛龍。道養，枹罕人也。趙廣改名為龍興，号為蜀王、車騎大將軍、益梁二州牧，建号泰始元年，備置百官。
