直径の大きい恒星の一覧(ちょっけいのおおきいこうせいのいちらん)は、直径の大きい恒星の一覧である。地球からみた大きさではなく、その星の実際の直径をさす。

Stephenson 2-18 2150[1] 直径はかつては太陽の474倍と推定されていたが、今では2158倍とされ、観測史上最大の星となっている。ただし、たて座UY星と同じく情報が曖昧なため今後順位変動がある可能性が高い。
はくちょう座V1489星1,650[2]2021年時点で、はっきりとわかっている中では最も大きな恒星。
いっかくじゅう座V838星1,570 ± 400 [3]この恒星は非常に低温のスペクトルL型超巨星であり、2009年時点で太陽半径の380倍となるなど、数年間で1/4に縮小している[4]。
WOH G641,540[5]大マゼラン雲最大の恒星であるが、ハローの大きさではっきりしない大きさである。最近まで太陽半径の2000倍と思われていた。

ウェスタールンド1-261,530[8]-2,544 [9][10][11]非常に不確実。
いて座VX星1,520[12]脈動変光星でありサイズは変化する。

おおいぬ座VY星1,420[13][14]21世紀初頭にコーネル大学の研究チームが再測定を行うまで[15]、通説では太陽の1,800から2,100倍の直径を持つ宇宙最大の恒星とされてきた[16]。
はくちょう座KY星1,420–2,850 [17]理論モデルと整合性があるのは下限値。上限はKバンドによる推定。
