菊川英二

菊川 英二（きくかわ えいじ、生没年不詳）とは江戸時代の浮世絵師。

来歴

狩野東舎の門人。菊川英山の父。近江屋という造り花屋を営業していた。文化頃、作画しているが、版画は描いておらず純然たる浮世絵師とはいえない。菊川派の祖となる英山を育てており、また渓斎英泉もその若い時期に一時、英二宅に寄寓していた。
