リードシングル「Confession」を含む5曲が収録されている[1]赤とオレンジの2つのバージョンがある[2]。
「告白トーク」と呼ばれる隠しトラックは、グループメンバーからの音声メッセージであり、赤バージョンはMJ、 ムンビン、ユンサナでオレンジバージョンはジンジン、チャ・ウヌ、ラキの音声メッセージが収録されている[3]。
