肝細胞増殖因子（かんさいぼうぞうしょくいんし、HGF英: Hepatocyte growth factorまたはSF英: scatter factor）は、分子量が約9万の一本鎖のタンパク質。

HGF activator (HGFA)と呼ばれるセリンプロテアーゼにより分子量約６万のα鎖と約３万のβ鎖に切断されると生理活性を発現する。
