Kylee初の両Ａ面シングル。『missing』はテレビアニメ『HEROMAN』第13話〜第26話オープニングテーマ、『IT'S YOU』は2010年4月初旬よりオンエアされたニッセン「夏のニッセン」のテレビCMソングとなっている[1]。初回生産限定盤特典DVDには、『missing』『IT'S YOU」それぞれのミュージック・ビデオと撮影オフショット、『HEROMAN』のトレイラー映像を収録[1]。
