2009年4月1日に発売された。DVD2枚組で、初回限定盤はデジパック仕様。
DISC 1には、ホールツアー『Rock'N'Roll Show 2008 vol.II』の最終公演、NHKホールでのライブ映像が収録。DISC 2には、ツアーのオフショットや1stアルバム『Superfly』発売日の代々木公園でのフリーライブの映像、ジャニス・ジョプリンの在籍していたバンド「Big Brother & the Holding Company」とサンフランシスコで共演したときの映像などが収録されている。
