ニック・ウェブの最初期のパートナー、サイモン・ジェイムスと組んでいた頃の音源で、1982年から1990年にかけて録音されたもの。
日本盤ではジャケットを差し替えたものがMCAビクターより発売されていた（廃盤、MVCR-135）。
11曲目の"Act of Innocence"はボーナス・トラックとなり、このトラックの有無による2ヴァージョンのアルバムが存在する。
