イギリス領ヴァージン諸島の首相 (The Premier of the British Virgin Islands) は、議会の議員の中から、イギリス国王の代理人である総督により任命される[1]。

イギリス領ヴァージン諸島憲法によれば、首相が島を48時間以上離れるときには、副首相に首相職務を遂行する権限を与えるものと定められている。このため首相が休暇などでヴァージン諸島を離れる際には、副首相が一時的に首相権限を代行することが発表される[2]。
