クラブ歴
2013年にマンチェスター・シティ EDSに加入。2019年10月29日にEFLトロフィーでU-21チーム初出場[1]。2016年11月にはFAユースカップ決勝でルーク・ムベテ＝タブ、モーガン・ロジャーズとともに得点をあげて3-2でチェルシーFCを破りタイトル獲得に貢献した[2]。U23チームでも2020-21シーズンに23試合8得点9アシストの記録を残し優勝に貢献した[3]。
2021年9月21日のEFLカップ・ウィコム・ワンダラーズFC戦でジョシュ・ウィルソン＝エスブランドに代わって途中出場しトップチーム初出場を記録した[4][5]。同年11月21日に行われたプレミアリーグ12節エヴァートンFC戦にて後半42分にコール・パーマーと交代で投入され、リーグ戦デビューを果たす。
2022年8月4日、シェフィールド・ユナイテッドFCにレンタル移籍[6]。
2023年9月1日、再びシェフィールド・ユナイテッドにレンタル移籍した[7]。
代表歴
2019年11月にU-18代表でアンダー代表初出場を記録し、2得点をあげた[8]。

兄のジョン・マカティーもサッカー選手[9]。
