概要
前作「君と逢えた奇蹟」、翌月リリースされたアルバム『day alone』とのプロジェクト『day alone 〜マノーラと姫ちゃん〜』の2話が、今作のDVDに収録されている。
2005年の8月17日を以って活動を休止したため、2024年5月現在、今作はday after tomorrowの最後のシングルとなっている。
通常の音楽CD（CDのみとDVD付属版）に加えSACD（ハイブリッド仕様）、DVD-Audio（96kHz/24bit）でもリリースされた。
