1000年代（せんねんだい）は、
- 西暦（ユリウス暦）1000年から1009年までの10年間を指す十年紀。本項で詳述する。
- 西暦1000年から1099年までの100年間を指す。11世紀とほぼ同じ意味であるが、開始と終了の年が1年ずれている。
- 西暦1000年から1999年までの1000年間を指す。2千年紀とほぼ同じ意味であるが、開始と終了の年が1年ずれている。
