概要
- DOUBLEのエクストラ・アルバム（Extra Album）。
- 1999年12月1日に初回限定盤（CD+VHS）と通常版（CDのみ）の2種類でリリースされた。初回限定盤はブリスターパッケージ、ピクチャーレーベル仕様。CDにはプロローグ・アルバム『Crystal』の楽曲のリミックスの他、未発表曲、米軍キャンプ・ライブ時代のデモ・テイクを含む全14曲を収録。VHSには「BED」「Shake」のミュージック・ビデオに加え、ライブショット、インタビューショット、オフショットなどを収録。
- リミキサーにはローランドクラーク（Roland Clark）、ステファニー・クック（Stephanie Cooke）、ブライアン・アレクサンダー・ モーガン（Brian Alexander Morgan）、オール・スター（All Star）、TOSHIHIKO MORI、フランキー・フェリシアーノ（Frankie Feliciano）、エリック・カッパー（Eric Kupper）が参加。
- 未発表曲には筒美京平によるプロデュースによる「No more」が収録。
- 米軍キャンプ・ライブ時代のデモ・テイクにはアン・ヴォーグ（En Vogue）の「FREE YOUR MIND」、TLC（TLC）の「DIGGIN' ON YOU」、チャカ・カーン（Chaka Khan）の「THROUGH THE FIRE」のカバーが収録。SACHIKOが「FREE YOUR MIND」、TAKAKOが「DIGGIN' ON YOU」と「THROUGH THE FIRE」のリードボーカルを担当。
- ジャケットのイラストは漫画『コブラ』の寺沢武一が手掛けた。TAKAKOがコブラファンであり、彼女の依頼により実現した。
- CDではインタールードだった「Free Style (Stephanie Cooke Mix)」はアナログ盤でフル楽曲として収録された。
- VHSでは「For me」と「Desire」のミュージック・ビデオは未収録であり、2008年2月6日にリリースされたベストアルバム『10 YEARS BEST WE R&B』（初回生産限定仕様コンプリート盤）のDVDに初めて収録された。
