『グレイテスト・ヒッツ』(Greatest Hits)は、イギリスのガール・グループのスパイス・ガールズのベスト・アルバム。2007年11月に全世界で発売されたが[1]、米国では2007年11月6日にヴィクトリアズ・シークレットで限定的に発売され、2008年1月15日に一般発売された。本作は7年ぶりのアルバム・リリースであり、「ザ・リターン・オブ・ザ・スパイス・ガールズ」のワールドツアーの為の発売だった。アルバムは2007年末までに170万枚を売り上げ、その年で最も売り上げを記録したガール・グループのアルバムとなる[2]。

2012年8月、ロンドンオリンピックでのパフォーマンスの後、アルバムはイギリス、アメリカ、ニュージーランド、オーストラリアを含む世界中のチャートでトップ10から30の間に入った。

アルバムからの唯一のシングル『永遠のヘッドライン』は10月23日にラジオ、11月5日にデジタル、11月19日に一般発売された[3][4]。この曲はチルドレン・イン・ニードの2007年のチャリティー・シングルとしても発売された[5]。シングルはイギリスのフィジカル・シングル・チャートで第3位にまで登った[6]。
