『スパイス』（原題: Spice）は、イギリスのガール・グループ、スパイス・ガールズのデビュー・スタジオ・アルバムである。1996年に発売された。

イギリスのみで300万枚を売り上げ、アルバム・チャートでは15週1位を獲得した。ヨーロッパでは1500万枚を売り上げ、1997年のベスト・アルバムとされている。アメリカ合衆国では700万枚を売り上げ、こちらでもチャート1位を記録した。

また、日本でも100万枚を超える売り上げを記録した[1]。
