ジミー・ヴァン・ヒューゼン（Jimmy Van Heusen、1913年1月26日 - 1990年2月6日）は、アメリカの作曲家。

映画、テレビ、劇場に曲を書き、エミー賞とアカデミー歌曲賞を4度受賞した[1]。
代表曲は、「バット・ビューティフル」、「Here's That Rainy Day」（『Carnival in Flanders』 より）、「Imagination」、「イット・クッド・ハプン・トゥ・ユー」、「ライク・サムワン・イン・ラブ」、「Personality」、「Polka Dots and Moonbeams」など。
生涯
本名エドワード・チェスター・バブコック。ニューヨーク州シラキュースで生まれる。
高校時代から作曲をしており、ローカル・ショーに出演した際に、有名なシャツメーカー「フィリップス＝ヴァン・ヒューゼン」から芸名を決め、16歳の頃には使い始めている。親しい友人は「チェット」と呼んだ。
ゼノビア神学校とシラキュース大学で学び、ハロルド・アーレンの弟であるジェリー・アーレンと友人になる。年上のアーレンの助けを借り、ヴァン・ヒューゼンはコットン・クラブの演目『ハーレム・ホスピタリティ』などに曲を書く。
その後、ティン・パン・アレーの出版社でスタッフ・ピアニストになった。そして、1938年（25歳）に、ジミー・ドーシー作詞の「It's the Dreamer in Me」を書いた。
