1991年アゼルバイジャン独立住民投票（1991ねんアゼルバイジャンどくりつじゅうみんとうひょう、英語: Azerbaijani independence referendum, 1991）は1991年12月29日、ソビエト連邦の崩壊から3日後に行われたアゼルバイジャンの独立住民投票[1]。95.3%の有権者が投票し、そのうち99.8%が独立に賛成した[2]。
